Bookings and Reservations

  • Booking Process: Customers can book tours online. A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 20% or full payment is received.
  • Payment Terms: We accept credit cards, Venmo and certified checks . A deposit is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Liability and Responsibility

  • Waivers: By participating in our tours, customers agree to our liability waiver, acknowledging that they participate at their own risk.
  • Insurance: We recommend that customers have their own travel insurance.

Tour Conduct

  • Behavior Expectations: Customers are expected to follow local laws and respect guides, other participants and the members of the cultural community that we will interact with.
  • Safety Guidelines: Please follow all safety instructions provided by your guide.

Special Requests and Accessibility

  • Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Orleans.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve issues through mediation or arbitration.

Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics.
